Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

Fluency Boost ("we", "us") provides language coaching services. This policy explains what information we collect through fluencyboost.co, why, and what we do with it. Questions: carlos@fluencyboost.co.

What we collect

When you complete the form on this site, we collect the answers you provide: first name, email address, phone number (optional), the language you are learning, your purpose for learning, what you have tried before, and your age range. If you book a call or become a student, we also keep records of scheduling, sessions, and payments needed to provide the service.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Services that process it

We use a small number of providers strictly to operate: form submissions are routed through Zapier, confirmation email is sent through Resend, this website is hosted by Netlify, and embedded video is served by Vimeo and social links point to TikTok and Instagram. Each provider processes data only to provide its service.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. Embedded third-party content (such as the Vimeo player) may set its own cookies under that provider's policy.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email carlos@fluencyboost.co and we will respond promptly. If you unsubscribe from emails, we keep only what is needed to honor that request and any active coaching relationship.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
