Fluency Boost offers language coaching, including one-on-one sessions and structured programs, delivered online. Submitting the form on this site is a request for information and a possible introductory call — it is not a purchase and does not enroll you in anything.
Session times, package contents, pricing, and any program guarantees are confirmed in writing (email or booking page) before payment. Amounts you see in that written confirmation are the amounts that apply.
Session cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in your booking confirmation. If anything is unclear, ask before your first session and we will put it in writing.
Language progress depends on your practice between sessions as much as the sessions themselves. We coach, structure, and hold you accountable; we can't promise a specific level by a specific date unless a written program guarantee says otherwise.
To the extent allowed by law, Fluency Boost's liability for any claim related to the site or services is limited to the amount you paid for the services involved in the claim.
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies, with the date shown above.
